Leadership
Cloud Break Consulting was founded by Marc Celello, a former General Counsel and business operator with more than two decades of experience advising companies on contracts, regulatory exposure, corporate governance, and complex operational decisions.
Throughout his legal career, Marc worked closely with founders, executives, and management teams navigating growth, regulatory oversight, and high-stakes business decisions. His work frequently involved evaluating contractual structures, managing litigation and regulatory matters, and helping leadership teams address operational and compliance risks as companies expanded.
After leaving legal practice in 2020, Marc moved into the operating side of business and helped build a direct-response marketing company focused on customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Today, through Cloud Break Consulting, he draws on both his legal and operating experience to provide independent perspective to founder-led companies confronting complex decisions, operational risk, and periods of rapid growth.
